Pop the champagne, you got engaged to the love of your life! Now that you’re engaged, it’s time to start planning your wedding. One of the first things on your to-do list is probably scheduling your engagement photos. 1. The Board of Trade Building

Located right in the Loop, this perfectly framed iconic Chicago building is absolutely gorgeous for engagement photos, especially near sunset! After using the building as a backdrop, wander the surrounding streets in the Loop for more beautiful architecture that screams Chicago.

2. The Riverwalk and the Wrigley Building

The Riverwalk is a Chicago classic for a reason. This Chicago engagement photo location is the perfect backdrop. Walk up and down around the Riverwalk, and end at the golden Wrigley Building. Tourists from all around the world make it a point to see this beautiful part of the city, so it makes sense you’d want to get a few photos in front of this gorgeous Chicago building.

3. The Chicago Theater

Just a short walk from the Riverwalk, the Chicago building is an amazing Chicago engagement photo location. Go during the day, or wait until night for it to light up. Either way, it’s beautiful!

4. North Avenue Beach

Do you want the Chicago skyline for your engagement session? I highly recommend North Avenue Beach! This is a gorgeous stretch of beach that showcases Chicago’s beautiful architecture and Lake Michigan.
