Hi, I’m Tawny.
I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
It started in 5th grade at summer camp with a disposable camera. It ended up with capturing the love stories of badass couples who love fearlessly, live wildly, and march to the beat of their own drums. You stay head over heels in love and be yourselves, I’ll take care of the rest.
I live in St. Louis, MO with my wife, Lindsey, my two cats, Piper and Hudson, and my dog, Remy. I graduated in 2018 with a Masters in Communication. I’m a grade A nerd (literally) and love school. I’ll probably be one of those weird degree collectors because I love education. Since I am passionate about education, especially higher ed, I also work in Admissions at Washington University.
I love to travel, drink good beer, and watch Gossip Girl on repeat like I’m a teenage girl. I cry at pictures of puppies on the regular. I could have ice cream or coffee at any given moment. I am always fighting social justice and inclusion.
If you value candid moments and creative photographs, let’s chat. I work best with couples who aren’t afraid to think outside of the box and do their own thing. This is your wedding — you call the shots.
Gimme allllll the tatted moms, biker dads, brides who walk themselves down the aisle, lipstick lesbian couples, mismatched bridal parties, craft beer drinkers, and adventurers. I like a couple who does things a little differently.
Cat lover. Dog tolerator. Bird expert. Gardner. Nap enthusiast.

AKA my wife.
Lindsey loves love. Like, she cries at our clients’ weddings. So when friends of ours asked her to officiate their wedding, she said yes without hesitation. Finding someone to officiate a wedding that’s not at a courthouse can be hard. Especially if you’re not religious or if you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community. Like me, Lindsey believes in the beauty of ALL love, and she’s excited to be able to use her gift with words to help couples have the perfect wedding. Lindsey is available (but not required) for any wedding or elopement!
